ABOUT THE ROLE
StoryboardArt prepares storyboard artists for employment at major studios. The team already includes a copywriter, a video editor, and technical support, and is looking for a marketing operations professional who enjoys working with systems and AI tools to keep execution running smoothly.
In this position, you will turn videos, webinars, and student success stories into a steady stream of content and straightforward marketing funnels with the help of AI, while ensuring weekly marketing activities stay on track.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and oversee a simple content plan covering YouTube, short-form videos, email, and Instagram.
- Convert long-form materials such as webinars and lessons into AI-assisted assets, including:
- Video titles, hooks, and descriptions
- Ideas for short videos and draft scripts
- Email drafts and social media captions
- Work closely with:
- The video editor for final edits and short-form content
- The copywriter for refining written copy
- The tech team for landing pages, tags, and basic automations
- Keep a weekly marketing checklist updated so that no task is missed.
- Monitor core metrics such as views, watch time, clicks, and booked calls, and provide weekly reporting.
- Record all AI-based workflows, including prompts, checklists, and Looms, so they can be repeated consistently.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content operations; background in an agency or info/education environment is considered an advantage.
- Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/ VSCode, or similar tools, for content work, together with at least one of the following: Descript, Opus, Pictory, VEED, or CapCut.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing tasks through tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Repurpose long-form content into assets for multiple platforms, and
- Meet deadlines independently without close supervision.
- Experience preparing creative assets for Meta or YouTube ads.
- Basic knowledge of email tools and simple marketing funnels.
ROLE DETAILS
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) with a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific time.
- Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month, based on experience.
- Type: Long-term position, not project-based and not agency work.
