Summary:

Sea-Freight Customer Service operator needs to process all clients' requests for new bookings with POD Durres Port, inform clients about all necessary details and register all data in the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication and organizing new ocean transport bookings with Maersk Line agents from all around the world.
  • Professional and ethical communication with clients and fulfilment of all business requests.
  • Input all data in the operational system.
  • Printing and checking incoming invoices.
  • Creating and sending invoices to customers.
  • Informing customers about process of inland transportation and Customs procedures, time of departures, and other important points of transport.
  • Preparation of documentation for customs authorities.
  • Following import monthly statistics.
  • Follow up with documentation process with Line.
  • Create and follow up disputes.
  • Any other task requested by manager.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree.
  • Relevant work experience of at least 2 years in the ocean transport.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

Other requirements:

  • Good handling work under pressure and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Team work oriented.
