Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales efforts for a range of fast-growing startups. In this role, you will focus on engaging and qualifying pre-generated leads and converting them into booked meetings. You will work in an international, English-speaking environment and gain exposure to different industries and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads provided by the team
- Engage prospects via calls
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversions
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer support, or similar roles
- English proficiency close to native (C1/C2)
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Additional European languages (e.g. German, Spanish, Italian, French) are considered a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable speaking with new people and handling objections
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop
