In this role, you will serve as the main contact for customers by answering their questions, addressing concerns, and helping create a seamless customer experience. The position is suited to someone who communicates clearly, enjoys supporting others, and is fluent in both German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or chat in a professional way and within an appropriate timeframe.
• Handle customer problems and complaints with understanding and effective solutions.
• Keep precise documentation of customer communications.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and German, both in writing and speaking.
• Earlier experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability together with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Capacity to remain composed in stressful situations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
