About The Role

In the position of Research Analyst, you will assist Managers in delivering SRP's services to clients internationally. The core focus of the job is advanced lead generation through research and headhunting to identify suitable experts.

The role provides exposure to high-level projects and interaction with top-tier clients across global markets. It is well suited as an early career opportunity for candidates with a background in business, finance, or economics who want to begin their career on a strong path.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research experts, while assessing, engaging, and matching them with relevant opportunities.
• Work effectively in a fast-moving, client-focused setting that requires strong communication.
• Maintain relationships with experts and prepare them for upcoming client assignments.
• Deliver a high standard of client service and support a positive experience during the full project timeline.

Requirements

• Strong written Business English is required.
• University Degree in Finance / Economics / Business / Management or a related field.
• Students who are able to work full time are eligible, as are recent graduates.
