About The Role:

In the position of Project Manager, you will provide SRP’s services to current clients throughout Europe. The role involves understanding each client’s specific knowledge requirements and supporting them in securing the expertise they need by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and matching suitable experts for project-based assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact person for clients while gaining a clear understanding of their particular needs.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and place suitable experts for each client project.
• Work effectively in a dynamic, client-focused environment and maintain strong communication throughout.
• Maintain engagement with experts and prepare them for potential future client assignments.
• Deliver a high standard of client service and customer experience through a proactive way of working.

Salary:

• Competitive Base Salary
• Monthly Commission

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English in both written and spoken communication.
• Degree in Finance / Economics / Business / Management (min. bachelor degree).
• Earlier professional experience in recruitment / sales / project / event management or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record with at least 1-2 years of uninterrupted prior work experience.
