Position Summary:

We are looking for a mid-level Data Engineer to organize, automate, and structure company data so it can be easily used by AI tools and internal applications. The role focuses on automating ingestion and aggregation of data from different systems, cleaning and standardizing it, and building a foundation for application engineers and business teams to create AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain automated data pipelines that ingest information from different systems and sources.
Aggregate data across platforms into a unified, usable data layer.
Clean, organize, and standardize data so it is reliable and easy to use.
Structure data to be more accessible to AI tools and internal applications.
Help create data models, documentation, and basic governance standards.
Monitor data quality and fix issues when information is missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate.
Work with business teams to understand their data needs and how their information is used.
Partner with application engineers building AI tools on top of the company’s data.

Qualifications & Skills:

English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required (C1 or C2 level of proficiency).
3–6 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Python and automated data pipelines.
Experience working with databases, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
Good understanding of data ingestion, aggregation, data modeling, data quality, and system integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Able to work across technical teams and business functions.
