Brand Communication Manager
Description:
- Department: Marketing & PR
- Location: Head Office
- Basic function and scope of responsibilities: Define and suite the company’s image by planning and implementing marketing strategy in compliance with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements the marketing strategy, including publicity and PR; The marketing strategy, the definition of the targets, in coordination with company standards;
- Plans and manages the marketing resources according to the planned budget;
- Selects and manages the relations with the external agencies;
- Plans and manages the internal communications regarding marketing and is informed about the orientation of the corporation, mission, purposes and activities.;
- Internal communication with Commercial and Operational Department;
- Manages effectively the budget of all marketing materials, within the sales areas;
- Takes care of the merchandising regarding all sales areas, to improve the image and to support the marketing plan;
- Generates incomes from promotional spaces in all Spar chain;
- Plans the promotions according to the schedule, capacity and budget;
- Plans the events;
- Develops different promotional activities with the suppliers and follows up with Marketing Director; Develops different promotional themes and different events;
- Plans the content of the publicity field and supervises the products;
- Market research, Brand knowledge, knowledge of publicity, image, negotiation, customer pleasure;
- Manages the external agencies or the suppliers, converting them in efficient resources for the company;
- Analyses and constructs the reports regarding the effectivity of the publicity campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in Marketing is considered an advantage.
- Working experience: At least 4 years of professional experience, advantage is also the experience in Retail field.
Additional qualifications:
- Good knowledge of marketing and advertisement principles;
- Skills in business and sales: he/she must be an excellent communicator through telephone also directly, in contractual relations with the third party and with all other operators.
- Personal and organizational skills:
- Able to reach success and to show experience in the main management accounts regarding the customers and the important contracts;
- Able to communicate well with the others and to become a good player in a team;
- Organized and coordinative skills.
