Job Description:
Join us as a Quality Assurance, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our e-commerce projects. You will work closely with business and technical teams to test end-to-end processes, features, and complex integrations on platforms like Magento, Shopware, Shopify, and more.

Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze e-commerce business workflows and customer journeys.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align testing efforts with business goals.
Create test cases using UML, user stories, and Gherkin syntax following BDD practices.
Conduct assembly and smoke testing on large e-commerce projects integrating ERP, CRM, and OMS systems.
Support and contribute to automated testing using tools like Cypress or Playwright.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and QA process improvements.
Report, track, and help resolve defects in collaboration with product and development teams.
Communicate clearly across teams and share knowledge to improve quality.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably on e-commerce projects.
Understanding of Magento, Shopware, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with UML, user stories, Gherkin, and BDD methodologies.
Experience with assembly and smoke testing in enterprise-level projects.
Basic knowledge of automated testing tools like Cypress or Playwright.
Good knowledge of Agile and QA Processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience working on either the agency or customer side of e-commerce projects.
Exposure to ERP, CRM, OMS integration testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
QA or Agile certifications.
