The Challenge to Solve
The purpose of this role is to help local business owners deliver an outstanding in-store ordering experience, with pricing that leads the industry and tools that make daily operations more efficient.
The Role
In the position of Inside Sales Representative, you will guide pizzeria owners through the value of the full Slice offering. The Sales team represents Slice directly and works with owners to show the benefits of partnering across the complete product suite, with particular emphasis on Slice Family Membership. Success in this role is measured by selling and rolling out Online Ordering to as many new shops as possible. The main focus of the portfolio is Online Ordering, while it also includes the phone solution and goods provided by Slice.
You will manage the full sales and upsell cycle, starting from prospecting and presentations through closing and onboarding. Most of the work is conducted by phone, with only occasional Video Product Demos. This is a fast-moving and strategic sales position with frequent daily interactions needed to meet targets. You will be expected to stay closely engaged with prospects and partner shops, making sure they receive strong support and are positioned for long-term success with Slice. That includes developing solid relationships, spotting growth possibilities in advance, and serving as a trusted advisor to pizzeria partners.
The Team
This role reports to an Inside Sales Manager. You will work within a broader multinational inside sales team that jointly owns responsibility for selling all products to prospective shops throughout the United States.
