Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D visuals for a variety of projects, including animations, advertisements, product visuals, and experimental concepts
Model, texture, light, and render 3D scenes with a strong focus on realism, composition, and storytelling
Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and the creative team to develop strong visual concepts
Optimize scenes and assets for efficient workflows and smooth production
Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas to improve visual quality and storytelling
Stay up to date with new tools, techniques, and trends in 3D and motion design

What we look for:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist, ideally in an agency or production environment
Strong technical skills: Proven experience with Cinema 4D and rendering engines such as Redshift
Bonus / Advantage: Experience with or understanding of Unreal Engine is considered a strong plus
Visual sensitivity: A solid understanding of lighting, materials, composition, scale, and realism
Responsibility: You manage your tasks reliably, respect deadlines, and take ownership of your work
Creative mindset: You enjoy experimenting, refining details, and pushing visual quality further
Team spirit: You communicate openly, accept feedback well, and enjoy collaborating with others
