Simetrix Solutions is seeking experienced and driven candidates to become part of its expanding team in customer service.

The company is recruiting for these variants of the same role:

• Customer Service Agents for English-speaking positions
• Customer Service Agents for bilingual Spanish-English positions

This opportunity is suited to people who are enthusiastic about customer service, sales, business, and developing strong relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong command of English (B2/C1 level) for English-language roles
• Strong command of both Spanish and English (B2/C1 level) for bilingual roles
• A minimum of 1 year of background in customer service
• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred because the project includes a sales component
• Very good communication and negotiation abilities
• Interest in professional growth within a full-time, office-based position (8h/day)
• A cooperative mindset and positive approach to work

Job Description:

The role involves managing incoming calls and, at the same time, presenting and promoting the client’s service packages to customers. Applicants who have worked in sales before will be considered especially suitable for this position.
