About the Role
For our new office in Prizren, SELISE Kosovo is seeking a personable, professional, and service-focused Receptionist & Barista.
This position combines front-desk duties with responsibilities at the office bar. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for employees, candidates, clients, and other visitors, while also preparing and serving coffee and other drinks from the office bar.
The right candidate should enjoy interacting with people, help create a welcoming environment, and be able to handle hospitality and administrative tasks with confidence.
Your Responsibilities
Reception and Guest Management
- Greet clients, candidates, partners, and other visitors in a warm and professional way.
- Record visitors and keep the visitor log accurate and up to date.
- Make sure visitors sign the necessary NDAs and other required documents.
- Notify the appropriate employees when their guests arrive.
- Assist with organising meetings, interview schedules, and client visits.
- Give visitors basic information and directions within the office.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls or general enquiries when needed.
- Ensure reception procedures, security requirements, and confidentiality standards are respected.
- Maintain the reception and waiting areas in an orderly and presentable condition.
Barista and Hospitality Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages for employees and visitors.
- Use and maintain the coffee machine and other bar equipment properly.
- Keep the office bar clean, organised, and fully supplied.
- Track supplies such as coffee, milk, tea, cups, and other bar items.
- Report the need for new supplies or help coordinate orders before stock is depleted.
- Support the preparation of refreshments for meetings, workshops, and client visits.
- Uphold strong hygiene and cleanliness standards.
