SELISE Kosovo is seeking a professional for a Backoffice / Monitoring role to reinforce its team at the Innovation and Training Park in Prizren. The company, which has Swiss roots and operates in Kosovo, is looking for someone who can help maintain the quality of everyday operations.

In this position, you will assist the team with monitoring and administrative work, support the effective use of strengths, help drive defined goals and visions forward, and contribute to their proper implementation. This role is intended to support sustainable growth and ongoing development.

Your Role

Within SELISE Kosovo, you will serve as the connection point between the client and the team, which includes international stakeholders. You will support the project team, help ensure that tasks, processes, and timelines are followed clearly, and contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.

Your Profile

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
Background in customer support and team management.
A working style that is structured, organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
Strong computer abilities and confident use of relevant tools.
Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholder groups at different levels.
A solution-focused mindset and strong motivation, including during demanding periods.

Your Tasks

Support project management in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
Prepare, update, and follow up on project plans and regular reports.
Make sure internal processes are respected.
Monitor, follow up on, and coordinate operational topics independently.
Collaborate closely with different teams and stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
