Monitoring and ticketing tools

Dynatrace (monitoring).
Jira (ticketing).
Required seniority: Mid/Junior

Additional requirements:

Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
Good knowledge of programming languages.
Ability to work in a team.
Strong organizational skills.
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
The role requires availability to work in a two shift schedule.
