We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Assistant MD & Management Team to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the MD and senior leadership team.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion in handling confidential information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, capable of anticipating needs and ensuring the smooth operation of executive activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the MD and Management Team.
• Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and business correspondence.
• Act as a key point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and tracking of budgets, expenses, and invoices related to executive activities.
• Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and assist in monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
• Perform research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure effective communication and information flow across departments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
• Experience supporting senior executives is considered a strong advantage.
