• Build and grow relationships with salons and partners
• Lead sales activities and hit ambitious goals
• Bring energy, ideas, and leadership to your region
• Work closely with the team to roll out campaigns and promotions

• Proven sales experience in Beauty or FMCG industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, driven, and positive attitude
• Willingness to travel within your area
• Based in Tirana
