About Our Client

The client is an international leader in software for building performance and energy management. Its solutions help businesses plan and run buildings in a more sustainable and cost-efficient way, combining advanced technology with expert consulting to help corporate clients lower energy consumption and meet environmental objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level leaders at US-based corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor while presenting the company’s advanced energy management software.
  • Explain the concrete business benefits of the software clearly, using strong product understanding to establish credibility with potential customers.
  • Apply established sales approaches to create high-quality leads and regularly pass well-qualified opportunities to US Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to collect customer insights and feedback, contributing to the ongoing improvement of product positioning, messaging, and the broader sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Prior background in inside sales, B2B sales, software sales, or solar sales, ideally within a hyper-growth setting.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives and targets in a highly competitive market.
  • Fluent French is mandatory, while Spanish or German is viewed as a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Building Performance or HVAC is considered an added benefit.

Other Details

  • Working hours are 09:00 – 17:00 according to Prishtina, Tirana, and Skopje time.
  • The company supplies high-quality office equipment.
  • Compensation includes a base salary together with performance-based bonuses.
