Role Overview:

RunwayExtenders is seeking a Business Development Manager located in Kosovo to support new client acquisition and increase revenue growth. This position involves direct interaction with senior decision-makers in the US and UK markets, with the goal of creating strong commercial ties and turning them into lasting strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and sustain a strong, high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and growth within existing accounts
  • Build a thorough understanding of RunwayExtenders services, delivery approach, and value proposition
  • Work with CEOs, founders, HR leaders, and senior operators to understand business needs and offer tailored staffing solutions
  • Take full responsibility for the sales cycle, starting from outreach and continuing through to closing agreements
  • Oversee and expand client relationships after deals are closed, supporting long-term account success and growth
  • Serve as a trusted commercial partner by encouraging repeat business and delivering long-term value

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, account management, account executive, or related revenue-generating positions, with a demonstrated record of driving growth, managing client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities
  • Proven experience selling into US and/or UK markets
  • Strong knowledge of Western business culture, decision-making patterns, and purchasing behavior
  • Demonstrated ability to independently handle the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Strong ownership mentality, accountability, and solid commercial judgment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency close to native level

Nice to Have:

  • Background in EOR (Employer of Record) or staffing solutions
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales style with a proven history of surpassing targets
  • Ease in using modern sales tools and digital collaboration platforms

Other Details:

  • Location: On-site (Kosovo)
  • Working Hours: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Equipment: A high-quality office setup is provided
  • Benefits: Private health insurance
  • Compensation: Base + Commission / OTE up to 3,000 gross/month
