Job Title: Junior Accountant

Company: Roseworth Limited

About: Roseworth Limited is an accountancy practice based in London. We are building a Pristina-based team to support our UK client portfolio with accounts production, bookkeeping, and compliance services.

Role Overview: This is a junior-level position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their accounting skills within a UK practice environment. You will work under the supervision of a senior accountant, assisting with bookkeeping, draft accounts preparation, and financial analysis for English-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping for UK clients, including data entry and transaction coding
  • Prepare and maintain the Sales Day Book and Purchase Day Book
  • Analyse financial statements under the supervision of a senior accountant
  • Prepare draft accounts for review, incorporating feedback to improve accuracy and quality
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger analysis
  • Communicate with colleagues and clients in English, both written and verbal
  • Maintain organised and accurate records in line with UK accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or currently studying towards a relevant qualification)
  • Functional English—ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic data analysis)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills—you must be comfortable receiving and acting on feedback
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under supervision
  • A proactive and reliable attitude with good time management

Salary & Benefits:

  • Indicative salary range: €500–€700 net per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
