Sales Specialist (English Speaking)

Company: Rosegate Property Management – Prishtina, Kosovo (On-site position)

Position Overview:

• As a Sales Specialist, your main responsibility will be to contact property owners by phone and introduce them to Rosegate’s services.
• You will speak with property owners who are trying to rent out their properties, explain the Tenant Placement service, and convince them to allow the company to help find qualified tenants.
• Comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you to understand the services, the sales process, and how to communicate effectively with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to property owners who are advertising rental properties
• Introduce Rosegate Property Management and explain our services
• Offer the Tenant Placement service, which helps landlords rent out their properties faster
• Answer questions from potential clients and build trust with them
• Follow the sales process and maintain professionalism during every interaction
• Work closely with the leasing team to ensure successful deal closures

Requirements:

• Native or near-native English proficiency (C1 / C2 level)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking on the phone with international clients
• Positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed
• Sales experience is considered a strong advantage, but not required

What We Offer:

• Base salary: €700 net per month
• Unlimited commission on every deal you close
• Average commissions of €1,000 – €1,400 per month (in addition to base salary)
• Salary paid twice per month:
  • Base salary on the 1st of each month
  • Commissions on the 15th of each month
