Role Description The OTC Crypto Trader will be responsible for executing over-the-counter cryptocurrency trades, managing order flow, and ensuring timely and accurate trade settlement. Day-to-day activities include monitoring market conditions, analyzing price movements, and implementing trading strategies that align with risk and return objectives. The role involves maintaining relationships with counterparties, providing liquidity quotes, and coordinating with internal teams on trade confirmations and reporting. The OTC Crypto Trader will also track portfolio performance, manage risk exposure, and stay current on market trends, regulatory developments, and new digital assets. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, accountability, and adherence to compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cryptocurrency Trading, Trading, and familiarity with a broad range of Cryptocurrency assets.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience developing and applying Trading Strategies in digital asset markets.
• Previous experience in OTC trading, market making, or institutional crypto trading is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of market microstructure, liquidity provision, and risk management practices in crypto markets is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent communication, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, APIs, and basic data analysis tools; experience with Python or Excel modeling is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations in digital asset trading is a plus.
