Job Description

Agent Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English are required.

Work Schedule

• The role is based in the office and follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 15:00PM to 23:00PM.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Previous call center experience is considered an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
