International Technical Sales Executive (m/f/d) – Atuomation & OEM Solution | B2B

Your Mission
The core focus of this position is:
Research. Connect. Present. Negotiate. Close.
You will be responsible for expanding international markets, spotting new commercial opportunities, winning new clients, and creating enduring partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial businesses.
Your Responsibilities
- Explore international markets and detect new sales opportunities.
- Create new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Reach out to engineers, purchasing managers, product managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Demonstrate products and technical solutions in a professional manner.
- Assess customer needs and shape customized solutions together with the engineering team.
- Draft quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct contract negotiations and convert opportunities into new business.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and recognize cross-selling potential.
- Keep an active sales pipeline and work steadily toward demanding sales goals.
- Represent RHM at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and meetings with customers.

- Be fluent in English or another widely spoken international language, both spoken and written.
- Be comfortable leading meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with international customers.

- Value knowledge of German, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, or any other international language as a strong asset.
