International Sales Executive (m/f/d) – Business Services | B2B Solutions

Your Mission

The core objective of this position is clear:

Research. Connect. Present. Negotiate. Close.

You will be responsible for finding companies that require support, initiating contact with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and presenting customized service solutions that deliver clear value.

Your Responsibilities

  • Explore international markets and uncover fresh business prospects.
  • Produce qualified leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Establish professional relationships with CEOs, directors, department managers, and business owners.
  • Introduce RHM's business services in a professional manner.
  • Assess customer challenges and suggest business solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Draft quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
  • Conduct contract negotiations and close new business successfully.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers and spot further commercial opportunities.
  • Keep an active sales pipeline and work consistently toward demanding sales goals.
  • Represent RHM at international trade fairs, networking events, and meetings with customers.

  • Be fluent in English or another international language, both spoken and written.
  • Be at ease leading meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with international clients.

  • Treat every additional language as a strong advantage that can support the development of new customer relationships and expansion into new markets.

German, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, or any other international language is considered highly valuable.
