Business Development & Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Sales

This role is suited to a sales professional who is motivated by building relationships, spotting business opportunities, designing tailored solutions, and helping companies address concrete business needs. At RHM, the position contributes directly to the company’s international expansion by establishing durable partnerships and presenting flexible outsourcing and expert solutions to decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Strengthen and grow long-term partnerships with current clients while actively pursuing and securing new business opportunities
- Oversee the entire sales process, starting from lead generation and qualification through to the final signing of contracts
- Gain a deep understanding of client challenges and create tailored service solutions with clear business value
- Introduce RHM’s complete service offering and distinct value proposition to C-level leaders and other key stakeholders
- Draft professional proposals, price quotations, and commercial agreements
- Hold meetings with clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and guide contract discussions and negotiations
- Work in close coordination with technical and operational teams to support smooth project delivery and maintain strong client satisfaction
- Follow market movements, customer expectations, and industry changes in order to spot opportunities for growth
- Establish strategic partnerships and contribute actively to the execution of RHM’s growth plans
- Act as a representative of RHM at trade fairs, networking gatherings, and industry conferences
What You Bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or another related field, or comparable professional experience
- Demonstrated background in B2B sales, key account management, business development, consulting, or outsourcing services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including the capacity to engage decision-makers effectively
- A natural talent for developing trust-based, lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- An entrepreneurial approach with a strong orientation toward results and achieving targets
- A structured, self-directed, and proactive way of working
- Readiness to travel when needed
- Fluent English in both written and spoken communication; additional languages are considered a strong advantage
