We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Pristina, Kosovo (Hybrid)

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Bonuses

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to build a long-term career in business development, sales, client acquisition, and international consulting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns

• Identify and engage business owners and senior decision-makers

• Qualify leads and book meetings for senior consultants

• Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records

• Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and messaging

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects

KPI Target: 20 qualified meetings booked monthly

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Confident speaking with business owners and executives

• Positive, resilient, and target-driven mindset

• Previous experience in SDR, BDR, telesales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is an advantage

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and outbound sales tools

• Highly organised and professional
