We are looking for a: Reservations Agent for our Porto offices

What will you be responsible for?

• Handling incoming calls
• Quoting requests
• Monitoring reservations
• Confirmations, modifications, sales status, and closures

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma – Hospitality and Tourism
• Minimum experience related to internships
• Languages:
  • English – Advanced level
  • Italian– Advanced level
• Experience in the sector will be valued
