Position Description:

The role focuses on the daily planning of transport operations for the UK market, ongoing communication with clients, and the resolution of operational issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily communication with clients – providing updates on load status and responding to their enquiries
Updating ETAs (Estimated Times of Arrival) and informing clients of any changes
Using the T.O.P.S Transport Management System for planning and managing daily transport operations
Daily load planning, including ambient, temperature-controlled, container, and traction transport
Resolving daily operational issues and coordinating with drivers and partners
Organising and optimising route and load planning
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation within the system
Coordinating with the UK team to ensure seamless operational flow

Required Qualifications:

English language proficiency (mandatory) – all daily communication is conducted entirely in English
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and management systems)
Excellent communication skills – clarity, professionalism, and a proactive approach towards clients
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Accurate, organised, and responsible when working under pressure
Candidates with experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding will be given preference
