Përshkrimi:
Pozita është përgjegjëse për zbatimin e protokolleve të sigurisë brenda ambienteve të Bankës. Përfshin monitorimin e hyrjeve dhe daljeve, menaxhimin e çelësave, kontrollin e sistemeve të sigurisë dhe reagimin ndaj situatave emergjente.

Detyrat:

• Conducting inspections and implementing security measures within the Bank's DP premises.
• Responding to and reporting on alarm messages within the central building.
• Greeting and assisting Bank clients at reception.
• Handling incoming mail in collaboration with the protocol unit.
• Adhering to and enforcing internal regulations within the Bank's premises.
• Monitoring the entry and exit of personnel, clients, visitors, and materials according to regulations.
• Coordinating with State Police and contracted private security firms in cases of breaches of physical security measures.
• Reporting any irregularities.

Kualifikimet:

• High-school diploma
• Previous experience as receptionist preferred.
• Very good communication skills.
• Telephone skills.
• Customer Focus.
