Job Title: Micro Account Manager

Description:
We are looking for a colleague in the Micro Account Manager position to develop and manage a profitable banking relationship with Micro clients.

Responsibilities:

• Visits the company on site, collects the documentation necessary, prepares loan proposals and financial analysis.
• He/she is responsible that all client documents presented meets all the bank requirements based on Micro Procedure and fulfills all the requirements for additional documents if necessary.
• Provides information and data to Micro Credit risk management for credit applications generated from units.
• Is responsible for monitoring of the client account, in order to ensure that activities are in accordance with the terms of the credit agreement.
• Monitors the client account and payment behavior in order to ensure that activities are in accordance with the terms of credit agreement.
• Provides the clients with all products and package services the Bank offers for Micro businesses.
• Provides the client with contact persons in the bank and facilitates and assists him with the use the of Bank’s business desk products and services.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in financial institutions or banking environments.
• Previous working experience in a banking or similar environment is preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good team player, adaptable to new and dynamic environments.
• Strong practical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and results-oriented.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
