Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Independently licensed in the State of Alabama (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.

If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
