We're Hiring – Accounting & Fiscal Specialist
PAS-UT (Public Accounting Service Union Trust sh.p.k.) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Fiscal Specialist to join our growing team in Tirana.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review accounting records in compliance with Albanian Accounting Standards and IFRS.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage VAT, withholding tax, payroll taxes, and corporate income tax obligations.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory declarations.
- Provide accounting, tax, and administrative support to a portfolio of local and international clients.
- Prepare and manage electronic invoicing.
- Liaise with tax authorities and other public institutions when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and tax.
- Strong knowledge of Albanian accounting and tax legislation.
- Good knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage.
- Experience with Alpha Business/Web and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
