Sales Representative – Construction & Hardware Industry
Location: Pristina, Kosovo
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to become part of our expanding team. The person selected for this role should bring solid background knowledge from the construction and hardware sector and will focus on presenting and selling a broad range of products while creating lasting and reliable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell the company’s range of construction and hardware products.
- Find new commercial opportunities and open new customer accounts.
- Sustain and deepen cooperation with current customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and deliver professional product presentations.
- Draft quotations, discuss pricing, and continue following potential sales deals.
- Track market developments and observe competitor activity.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in construction materials or the hardware sector.
- Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and building client relationships.
- A self-driven, energetic, and target-focused approach to work.
- Readiness to work with flexible schedules whenever needed.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Good planning and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is considered an advantage.
- English is preferred, while Albanian and/or Turkish language skills are an added advantage.
