• Lead and execute the bank’s marketing and communication strategy.
• Ensure consistent brand image across all channels and touchpoints.
• Drive campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing activities.
• Lead data-driven digital marketing (performance, analytics, optimization across channels).
• Monitor performance (KPIs), manage budget, and report results.
• Oversee PR, events, CSR, and crisis communication.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the banking sector.
• Proven leadership in digital marketing strategy and performance is a strong asset.
