What you'll do

• Build an understanding of recruitment from the ground up with support from a highly experienced team of industry professionals.
• Source and assess suitable candidates for client needs.
• Organize interviews and oversee candidate pipelines.
• Help grow the client portfolio while maintaining strong client relationships.

Location

• The role is based in Prishtina.

Work schedule

• Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-9:00pm, in line with US business hours.

Compensation structure

• Competitive base salary.
• A leading performance-based bonus structure, with top performers commonly earning €50,000-€100,000+ annually in bonuses.
