Job Title: Hybrid Marketing Specialist (Social, Content & Branding)
Description:
- We are looking for a hybrid marketing professional who combines creativity, organization, and strong communication skills. This role involves managing marketing activities across multiple client accounts while helping build scalable marketing systems. You will work across social media, AI video creation, branding, content outreach, and online reputation management, while gradually taking ownership of marketing operations and building processes for future team members.
Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Plan, design, and schedule engaging content across multiple client social media accounts.
- Ensure each account’s strategy aligns with its brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve content strategy.

AI Video Creation:
- Create professional branded videos using platforms such as Synthesia.ai.
- Develop engaging video content to build and maintain presence on YouTube and other platforms.
- Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all video outputs.

Press Releases, Content Outreach & Influencer Collaborations:
- Draft and distribute press releases to relevant local and niche media outlets.
- Coordinate with PR distribution services when needed.
- Manage and update blog sections on client websites.
- Identify relevant influencers and manage collaborations for selected clients.

Online Reputation Management:
- Monitor and maintain client profiles across review platforms such as Trustpilot and similar sites.
- Ensure engagement and reputation KPIs are consistently met.
- Develop strategies to strengthen and maintain a positive online presence.

Leadership & Marketing Operations:
- Take ownership of marketing projects across multiple clients.
- Break projects into clear, manageable tasks and manage the delivery pipeline.
- Build and lead a marketing team as the department grows.
- Create clear documentation, workflows, and policies to ensure efficient operations and scalability.

Branding & Design Solutions:
- Develop brand guidelines for new client websites.
- Create compelling brand presentations for new or existing clients.
- Design UI/UX concepts and layouts for new client websites.
- Propose and implement rebranding improvements for existing client websites.

General Marketing Support:
- Assist clients in strengthening their digital presence and brand perception.
- Support marketing initiatives across different channels.
- Collaborate with the team on new marketing strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable creating professional designs and social media posts from scratch.
- Curious and eager to learn and leverage AI tools.
- Proactive and able to take ownership of projects.
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and marketing activities.
Design Requirement (Mandatory):
- Strong visual design skills are required for this role.
