Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Afternoon Shift)

Description:

  • As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction is handled with speed, care, and professionalism. You will resolve issues in real time, turn challenges into positive outcomes, and help build long-term trust with our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and social media
  • Handle customer complaints with fairness, empathy, and efficiency
  • Take ownership of issues from start to resolution
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements
  • Recognize and appropriately support vulnerable customers when needed
  • Collaborate with the finance team to investigate trends and unusual activity
  • Escalate feedback, bugs, and feature requests to relevant teams
  • Support internal operations and assist new team members when required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Support (required)
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or online financial services is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of payment service providers (PSPs) and payment systems is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Strong skills in Excel / Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Good persuasion and conflict-resolution skills
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work afternoon shifts, including weekends
