Marketing Manager
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing activities for the Popeyes brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements marketing programs for the Popeyes brand, in line with the company’s business objectives and brand standards.
- Reviews and improves existing marketing programs to increase effectiveness and achieve the targeted results.
- Prepares the marketing plan, marketing strategy, activity calendar, and supports the launch of new products.
- Works with the relevant teams to define monthly sales objectives, promotions, and supporting activities.
- Analyzes the market, pricing, competition, and positioning of our products, with the aim of setting appropriate and competitive prices for our customers.
- Plans and implements attractive promotional campaigns to increase sales, customer traffic, and brand presence in the market.
- Is responsible for advertising campaigns, consumer-related information, and media publications.
- Develops the media plan and identifies new media opportunities to increase communication effectiveness.
- Works closely with the Operations team to ensure the proper implementation of marketing activities in restaurants.
- Identifies restaurants with lower sales volume and develops promotional campaigns or supporting activities to help them achieve positive results.
- Supports restaurants by ensuring the necessary marketing materials for the implementation of promotional activities and campaigns.
- Cooperates with suppliers for the implementation of joint promotions.
- Is responsible for allocating the marketing budget across different activities, as well as managing the marketing budget on a monthly basis.
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports to the Executive Director regarding marketing activities, campaign performance, and key results.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Marketing or another related field.
- At least 4 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in an international company.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and restaurant management is considered an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a positive approach and orientation toward solutions and effective decision-making.
- Agile, creative, dynamic, and results-oriented personality.
