PlusHouse is a PropTech platform focused on improving the visibility of the Balkan real estate market and linking it with opportunities throughout Europe and beyond. The company is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent (Outbound Sales) to become part of its expanding team.

Location: Prishtina

This role is well suited to candidates who communicate effectively, have a background in sales, and can create strong business connections by phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to real estate agencies through outbound calls and continue communication after earlier email contact.
• Introduce the Plushouse platform and outline the advantages it offers to potential agency partners.
• Develop connections with agency decision-makers and recognize possibilities for partnership.
• Support agencies during the registration and onboarding stages.
• Keep precise records of calls, follow-ups, and results within the CRM system.
• Meet targets related to onboarding and acquiring new partners.
• Represent the Plushouse brand in a professional manner and help expand the partner network.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a call center, telesales, or customer service is required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in at least one more foreign language is strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building.
• A confident and professional approach when communicating by phone.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems are considered an advantage.
