Your responsibilities:

  • Owning and growing your portfolio of assigned key accounts.
  • Expanding and strengthening your designated sales region.
  • Tracking market trends and analyzing developments, preparing relevant market reports for our internal sales team.
  • Preparing, following up on, and managing quotations within our CRM system.
  • Working alongside the Sales Director to shape and refine customer strategies.
  • Partnering with the Marketing team on data-driven analyses, campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.

Your profile

  • A completed degree, ideally at Master's level, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Several years of solid experience in polymer sales, preferably with PE, PP, and PS grades.
  • Spoken and written language skills in Albanian, plus English or German.
  • Confident command of MS Office tools.
  • Strong people skills with both internal and external partners, paired with excellent communication abilities.
  • Skilled negotiator with the confidence and drive to close deals.
  • Valid driver's license and openness to regular travel.
  • An independent, dependable, and accountable approach to your work.
  • Genuine passion for promoting sustainable plastic solutions.

Starting compensation is €3,000.00 gross per month, based on a full-time schedule (38.5 hours/week), with a willingness to offer above this rate depending on your background and qualifications.
