Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Procurement Manager located in Tirana. The Finance & Procurement Manager will oversee procurement processes, evaluate suppliers, manage contracts, and lead negotiations. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing cost-saving strategies, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize procurement practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly

financial reporting

• Oversee all procurement activities, supplier and client selection, and purchase

order management

• Ensure full compliance with Albanian tax obligations and statutory accounting

standards

• Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury

activities

• Provide financial analysis and cost-control insights to support management

decision-making

• Develop and implement efficient procurement policies and internal financial procedures

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners

• Supervise and mentor junior finance and procurement team members

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management on a regular basis

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in finance and/or procurement roles

• Prior experience in the advertising, media, or services sector is a strong plus

• Demonstrated track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management

• Proven experience managing procurement cycles and supplier relationships

• Solid understanding of Albanian tax legislation and accounting standards

Skills & Personal Qualities

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Effective leadership and team management capabilities

• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel

• Fluency in Albanian; professional proficiency in English is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity, reliability, and professional ethics

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment

Candidate Profile Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Master's degree or professional qualification is a strong advantage
