What are we looking for?

PECB is seeking a WordPress Developer to join its team in Prishtina. The company is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization focused on providing outstanding services. The preferred candidate should have knowledge of front-end programming languages, a strong sense of aesthetics, and solid content management abilities.

About the position

The role involves joining the team as a WordPress Developer and taking charge of creating and implementing appealing and functional websites for PECB. You will work in close coordination with the design team to make sure design elements and functionality are integrated smoothly. This opportunity is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about web development and attentive to detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Build and maintain websites for PECB
• Work closely with the design team
• Cooperate with other departments across the organization
• Adapt and modify themes and plugins
• Improve website performance
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues
• Manage tasks and projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines and project needs
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• English fluency is essential
• Demonstrated experience in WordPress development or in a comparable position
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, with careful attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• A proactive problem-solving mindset and dedication to meeting project deadlines
