This is a unique opportunity to join a growing travel focused organization in a key expert role to help us further our mission. We are missing a quality Travel Coordinator who can masterfully track every detail of our tours for flawless execution and manage the day-to-day operations of our company.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The role helps in the management of running all styles of trips in Albania & the Balkans and primarily will involve making reservations and quotations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making reservations
- Responsible for preparation and delivery of quotations
- Managing hotel contracts and data entry
- Responsible for project management of tours
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare periodical performance review and reevaluate processes
- Understand and help execute client needs, creating a client/partner relationship
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage/maintain relationships with suppliers
Qualifications
- Private business, tour operator, and/or travel agency management experience strongly desired – Extra points if you worked with affinity groups and/or luxury FIT sales and management
- Experience in accommodation industry is a bonus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
- Manage/maintain relationships with suppliers
