Pammys is one of Germany's fastest-rising footwear brands, now serving over 1,000,000 customers across Europe — and we're scaling at speed. We're hiring developers to join us on-site at our Prishtina office.

As our Senior Full Stack Team Lead, you'll take ownership of the engineering direction behind a system that actually moves — a custom WMS scaling into a full ERP and Shopify-integrated platform. You'll guide a team of strong developers, set the technical standard for our Laravel and React stack, and stay close enough to the code to architect, review, and build alongside them.

Day-to-day, you'll balance hands-on development with mentoring, planning sprints, and shaping how we approach complex problems across our 11,000 m² warehouse infrastructure. You'll collaborate directly with our team in Germany, contribute to high-impact technical decisions, and help define how we use modern AI tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot to ship faster.

This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, real complexity, and the chance to build something at scale from a prime office in Pejton, Prishtina.
