Job Title: On-Call Resource Coordinator (Part-Time | Remote / Office-Based)
Location: Ferizaj, Kosovo (Remote or Office-Based)
About the Role:
- We are looking for a reliable and proactive On-Call Resource Coordinator to support our operations during out-of-hours periods.
- This role is critical in ensuring staff are supported, operations run smoothly, and communication is maintained with both internal teams and clients.
- This is a part-time position with flexible remote working options, ideal for individuals comfortable working evening and early morning shifts.
Working Pattern:
- Wednesday – Friday:
- 22:00 – 00:00
- 04:00 – 06:00 (split shift)
- Saturday:
- 8-hour shifts (as scheduled)
- Sunday:
- 8-hour shifts (as scheduled)
- Sunday – Tuesday:
- 22:00 – 00:00
- 04:00 – 06:00 (split shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Be available and responsive during all scheduled on-call hours
- Take incoming calls and handle queries in a professional manner
- Check in with staff on shift and ensure their wellbeing and attendance
- Act as first point of contact for any operational issues
- Coordinate resources and assist with shift coverage where required
- Communicate with clients via email regarding any changes or updates
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and logs
- Ensure clear and detailed handover to the daytime team
- Escalate any issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
- Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
- Reliable internet connection (for remote work)
- Ability to work independently and remain responsive during all working hours
- High level of responsibility and reliability
