About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales efforts for one of our clients. Your main responsibility is simple: Make outbound calls, speak with prospects in German, and book qualified meetings.
What You Will Do
Outbound Calling
- Conduct outbound calls to German-speaking prospects
- Engage decision-makers and introduce relevant solutions
- Handle objections and keep conversations professional and focused
Meeting Booking
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team
- Ensure meetings are relevant and qualified
Basic Prospecting Support
- Work from provided lists
- Keep simple records of outreach and outcomes
Daily Activity & Consistency
- Maintain a high level of call activity
- Stay consistent, disciplined, and results-focused
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling / call center / telesales
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Experience booking meetings or appointments
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
Nice to Have
- Experience speaking with business clients (B2B)
- Interest in sales, tech, or AI
