Job Description:

We are partnering with a U.S.-based company, and we’re looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to join a fully remote team. In this role, you will support financial operations, reporting, and analysis, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency across processes. You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver insights that support decision-making and contribute to improving financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Reporting:

  • Support month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

Analysis & Business Support:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Provide insights to support business and operational decision-making

Process Management & Optimization:

  • Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Help improve financial systems, processes, and reporting workflows
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

What You Bring / Required & Preferred Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related role
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including formulas and data analysis)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or tech companies is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
