About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure successful onboarding, strong product adoption, and long-term value realization. This is a client-facing role focused on retention, relationship management, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and act as the main point of contact
- Drive onboarding and ensure customers successfully adopt the product
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track progress and outcomes
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to retention
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to improve customer experience
- Ensure customers are achieving value and meeting their business goals
What You Bring:
Required:
- 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Preferred:
- Experience working with B2B or SaaS customers
- Exposure to metrics like retention, churn, or customer growth
- Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients
