Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers and keeping financial records accurate and organized? We are partnering with fast-growing B2B SaaS and tech companies, and we’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join a fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the business while working in an environment that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transactions
- Record day-to-day financial activities in accounting systems
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy across accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure financial records comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain organized documentation for audits and internal reviews
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
- Support finance and accounting teams with ad hoc tasks and analysis
- Contribute to improving financial processes and efficiency
What You Bring:
Required & Preferred Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or tech companies is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
